The NYPD says the man, who is a U.C.L.A. student, is charged with drug trafficking, conspiracy and unlawful entry.

He is in custody and is expected to appear in court on Monday.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP-WFAA) A judge ordered a $2.2 million settlement in the $60 million class-action lawsuit against the UConn football team over alleged sexual assault by a member of the team.

WASHINGTON (AP)-A federal judge in Washington has denied a request by a former student who says he was sexually assaulted by a professor at a private university.

The lawsuit, filed in October, said the former student was subjected to “unwelcome touching and sexual conduct” by professor Eric Roesch, who retired in 2013.
